Umaimah founded dreamfly to give the children of her village in Pakistan and around the world the will to dream and become global, connected, considerate citizens. Umaimah has a background in technology and entrepreneurship and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mujon Baghai

Mujon lives in Santa Monica and enjoys traveling the world, connecting with people across cultures, and idealistically and stubbornly trying to make the world a better place. A Northwestern University and Harvard Law School alum, she was also a Fulbright Fellow.

Nicole Peterson

Nicole has worked with dreamfly nearly from its founding. "I am inspired by dreamfly's mission to impact the lives of children through honoring their dreams." Nicole lives in Cambridge, MA, and is currently writing a book about manners.

Scott Spencer

Scott lives in San Francisco and is the Founder of Suite Experience Group and the Senior Vice President of Product Development & Strategic Partnerships at LifeCare. He received a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Cameron has always been a strong believer in utilizing technology to make big differences in the world. Dreamfly has been a perfect match for this passion. He lives in Portland, OR, and is an integral member of the dreamfly team.

Jay has worked with dreamfly since 2009 in various capacities, including leading the organization's expansion to Colombia. He currently lives in Chicago and works in corporate strategy for Kraft Foods.

Jesse is an attorney in Microsoft’s Law and Corporate Affairs group. He graduated from the University of Montana and completed law school at the University of Virginia. Jesse lives in Seattle with his wife Amy, and their two boys Miles and Jack.

Preet chaired the Mentoring Program at TiE Seattle to provide mentoring and support for new entrepreneurs. She is a former member of the US Air Force, has worked in wealth management, marketing & sales and has a degree in Social Psychology from Park University.

Ratul Chowdhury

Ratul is from Kolkata, India and is in his final Master's year in Political Science and International Relations at Jadavpur University. Working at a grassroots level and striving for individual and community development through research and advocacy has always been his calling.

Sana Haneef

Sana is currently co-owner of an IT Consulting firm in Washington, DC. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's in Finance and International Business. A mother of two, she believes dreamfly provides critical resources to children around the world.

Tanu grew up in India and lives in the bay area. Tanu has worked with several NGOs on topics ranging from elder care to nutrition for street children. She loves to see kids enhance their creative potential and add more meaning in her life through dreamfly's work.

Born in India, Varun has spent the majority of his life in the U.S. On his many visits to India, Varun has seen first-hand the impact of technology and the power it can have to improve people’s lives. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Harvard.
